Alfred the Wanderer, born in 1960, was raised by free-spirited hippie parents who instilled in him a love for music and a sense of adventure. He inherited their musical talent and began playing the guitar and writing his own songs, which are deeply personal and reflective of his own experiences. With a mission to spread peace, love, and joy wherever he goes, Alfred has dedicated his life to sharing his music and spreading positivity with others.
Wayne, the originator of Alfred the Wanderer, began drawing Alfred over 50 years ago. Alfred was created as a form of doodle art for Wayne to pass the time in school. However, as Wayne’s imagination grew, so did Alfred’s travels. Alfred wandered from paper to a character that can now be found on his own apparel line.
Wayne’s goal is to inspire Alfred the Wanderer to spread joy and positivity wherever he goes, making a lasting impact on the people he meets. By fostering a sense of self-worth and happiness, Wayne aims to bring a smile to everyone’s face, creating a ripple effect of positivity as Alfred travels the world.
Laura partnered with Wayne to join Alfred the Wanderer on a mission to spread peace, love, and joy. Laura, an educator for almost 30 years, is committed to fostering a more positive and kinder world. She hopes that Alfred’s infectious positivity will radiate happiness to everyone he meets and together they can make a meaningful impact.
